Our terrains are packaged into a protective foil blister with paper tuck including company logo and adress data. Shipping fees includes protecting (item will be filled with foam peanuts) and packaging into durable box.

If you will place an order with more than one product at the same time, we will group the products into one package. In that case you will save part of shipping fee. Please contact us via e-mail, fo more details.

• Shipping painted models 

We send the packages with painted models as priority airmail. The average cost of the shipping is 7€. We also offer DHL courrier shipping and we recommend it in case of valuable shipping, with painted models worth more than 300 €. You will receive detailed information about shipping with your order valuation.

Average delivery time to Europe is 1 week. Please note, than in some cases, the time the packege travels for long disances, varies form 2 to 4 weeks. Shipping cost includes packaging and protecting painted models. 

• Giving your address of delivery

Feel free to give as much address information as possible - a building number, an apartment number or a specific configuration. If your address is hard to find, please inform the delivery agent. It will allows him him to deliver your package more easily and quickly.

•  Lost package 

There are several reasons to explain a delivery problem, for example incomplete address, or wrong zip code. If you are waiting for your order more than 4 weeks and package still did not come, please contact us by e-mail.
